Proviqo Technology Limited (鉑維科技有限公司) is a company registered in Hong Kong. We make Proviqo, a clinic management platform for aesthetic and medical clinics in Hong Kong. This policy covers our public website, proviqo.ai, and the Proviqo platform that clinics use.
It matters which hat we are wearing, because your rights and who to ask differ.
We decide what data is collected and why. For this data, Proviqo is the data user.
The clinic decides what patient data it collects and why. The clinic is the data user; Proviqo processes that data on the clinic's instructions and does not use it for our own purposes. If you are a patient of a clinic that uses Proviqo, please direct requests about your records to your clinic. We will help the clinic respond.
Clinics may offer enquiry and booking assistance through messaging channels that run on Proviqo. Messages you send to a clinic through those channels are received by that clinic. Where an assistant helps draft replies, it works only from information the clinic has approved; it does not diagnose, and anything medical is passed to the clinic's staff. Messages are handled under the clinic's own policy as well as this one.
Proviqo is a cloud service. Clinic and patient data is stored with reputable cloud infrastructure providers, protected by access controls, encryption in transit, and audit logging of staff actions. Only the clinic's authorised staff can see the clinic's records. We do not pool one clinic's patient data with another's.
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run Proviqo (such as hosting and email delivery) under contract, and where the law requires it. We do not share it with anyone else.
Website enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for a reasonable period afterwards. Clinic data is kept for as long as the clinic remains a customer and as the clinic instructs; when a clinic leaves, it can export its data and we delete our copies within an agreed period.
Under the PDPO you may ask to access or correct personal data we hold about you. For data on this website, contact us below. For your patient records at a clinic, contact the clinic; they are the data user and we will assist them.
If we change this policy we will update the version and date at the top of this page.

我們只會在合約約束下，與協助我們運作 Proviqo 的服務供應商（例如託管及電郵傳送）分享個人資料，以及在法律要求時分享。我們不會與任何其他人分享。
網站查詢會保留至處理所需的時間及其後一段合理期間。診所資料會在診所仍為客戶期間及按診所指示保留；診所離開時可匯出其資料，我們會在約定期間內刪除我們的副本。
根據《個人資料（私隱）條例》，你可要求查閱或更正我們持有關於你的個人資料。本網站的資料請透過下方方式聯絡我們；你在診所的病人紀錄請聯絡該診所，診所是資料使用者，我們會協助他們處理。
